HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your products will be delivered through high-quality courier services. After we have shipped your watch you will receive an automated email with your personal tracking number.

ARE YOUR WATCHES WATERPROOF?
They are NOT waterproof, however, all of our watches have a water resistance of 100 feet. Avoid wearing the watch while showering, swimming, or anything under abnormal water pressure. Hand washing and playing in the rain are completely acceptable.

DO YOUR WATCHES COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Our watches have a manufacture warranty of two years. Please email us at help@sebastiancombs.com with your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION?
Sebastian Combs Watches is located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We do not have any physical stores but can stay updated on our social media sites to be updated on any future pop up shops.
