COVID-19 DISCLAIMER
At the current times, we are living in it may be a slight delay in orders shipping to your location. We are aware of how short-handed the post offices have been because of this world pandemic. We are doing everything in our power to keep our own expectations high on getting your watch to you asap.

After your payment is verified it may take up to 24 hours to process your order. Because of the pandemic, you may be looking at 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday) to ship your watch. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will be notified by email with a tracking number when your package has been shipped out.

To ensure your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within our time frame please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all required information.

Your product can be returned for a full refund within 10 business days of delivery. Please contact customer service to either have your return label emailed or mailed out to you.

Your money will be returned in the same format that you paid for your watch. If for some reason you no longer have that payment option please speak with customer service to come up with an alternative option.

PROCESSING RETURNS
Once we are notified that you would like a return we will be in contact with you within 24 hours. It would be your decision rather you would like your return label emailed to you or to have it mailed to you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once we have received your return and it complies with our return policy we will refund your order by your original payment method. Your returned item will not include the cost of shipping. If for some reason you no longer have the original
